Ensure your account has sufficient funds and that your card is active and not expired. Check your VezoPay app:

Confirm that your linked card is active and properly configured. Use the correct Knock-to-Pay (K2P) method: Form a fist as if knocking on a door. Gently tap or hover your fist near the NFC logo on the terminal (1 to 3 cm). Hold steady until payment confirmation occurs—don’t pull away too soon. If the problem persists, contact your bank for assistance or reach out to VezoPay support.
