Activating your VezoPay ring completes the setup process and enables your linked card for payments. This is done by completing OTP verification and in-app authentication with your bank. Activation is a critical security step—it ensures your device is protected from unauthorized transactions. Until activation is complete, your ring cannot be used for payments, keeping it secure by default. Important: Never share your OTP or bank credentials with anyone. VezoPay representatives will never request this information. Troubleshooting When trying to remove a payment card, I receive the error message: “Email doesn’t match the one set for the connected payment card.” To remove the payment card, you must provide the same email address you used when initially connecting the payment card during the registration process which would have taken place through pre-registration on the VezoPay website or in the VezoPay app during self-registration.
