You will only receive a free ring sizing kit after making a payment for your VezoPay ring.. During the reservation phase, you cannot purchase a ring until we send you a “go live” email. Reserving secures your spot, giving you priority access when sales open. Once we go live with supported banks, you can make a purchase, and your ring sizing kit will be shipped within 2 to 5 days of your order. IE: The sizing kit is only sent after your payment is made and you receive an order confirmation email. Once you receive your ring sizing kit, you’ll get an email along with a QR code on the kit. Simply click the link or scan the QR code to update your ring size, and we’ll send you your perfect VezoPay ring.
