Ensure the payment terminal supports contactless payments. You can test this by making a transaction with a contactless payment card. Check your VezoPay app:

Verify that your linked card is active and properly set up. Use the correct Knock-to-Pay (K2P) method: Hold your hand in a fist as if knocking on a door. Gently tap or hover your fist near the NFC logo on the terminal (1 to 3 cm). Hold steady until the payment is confirmed. For detailed K2P instructions, refer here.
